Refund policy

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At Amba E-Mobility, we operate on a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale model. Due to the nature of our products and logistics involved, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment has been successfully processed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including change of mind or market fluctuations. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that the order is binding and non-refundable.

2. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are not permitted once payment is received. Please review your cart, quantities, and specifications carefully before finalizing the transaction. In the rare event that an item is out of stock after you have paid, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a refund for that specific item only.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. While we do not accept returns, we will address issues regarding defective items, damaged goods, or incorrect shipments if reported immediately. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. To start a claim for a damaged or wrong item, you can contact us at info@aemshop.in. If your claim is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are only processed in the specific instance where Amba E-Mobility is unable to fulfill an ordered item due to stock unavailability. If approved, your refund will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
